1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible shared hosting plans.

If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and transfers

  • VPS Hosting plans

  • Dedicated Servers

  • Cloud Hosting plans

  • Add-on services and software licenses

  • Setup fees (if applicable)

Once these services are purchased, they cannot be refunded.


3. Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date to avoid charges.


4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their hosting services at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 30-day guarantee period.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods.


6. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service

  • Abuse of services

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
